Animal Farm Foundation is committed to building safe and humane communities. They visited the UPS in Poughkeepsie, New York, to teach their delivery staff about dog safety and behavior.
That's a cute idea.. but owners should not allow their dogs to be in that position. Yes, the treats MAY work.. or they may not.. they won't know until it's too late.
I think some dog behavior training for delivery drivers is a good thing.. freaking out over every loose dog is not worth it. Some dogs don't care one bit about treats though.
